DIDARA BOCCHI Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all offers and promotions provided by DIDARA BOCCHI. Certain offers or promotions may be subject to additional terms, including but not limited to credit or coupon expiration dates, which apply in addition to the terms set forth on this page.

  • Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of DIDARA BOCCHI and are valid for a limited time only and/or while supplies last.

  • The offer is void where prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted by law.

  • DIDARA BOCCHI reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • The offer is limited to one per person.

  • To apply a promo code, it must be entered at checkout. 

  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or offers.

  • The offer is single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, store credit, or gift cards. It has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or misused.

  • You must have an existing DIDARA BOCCHI account or register a new one to redeem a DIDARA BOCCHI Coupon and apply it to a purchase.

  • The offer may only be redeemed by the customer account registered with the same email address that received the offer.

  • The offer is valid only for orders shipped to addresses within the United States and paid in USD.

  • If you violate these terms, or any other DIDARA BOCCHI terms and conditions, the offer and any credit, coupon, or other award you receive may be invalidated.

  • DIDARA BOCCHI is not liable for any errors in offer-related materials, nor for any mistakes or delays in processing awards to which you may be entitled.

  • Any attempt by a participant or any other individual to intentionally damage any website or interfere with the proper operation of the offer constitutes a violation of applicable civil and criminal laws.

  • DIDARA BOCCHI reserves the right to pursue damages and all other available remedies against any person violating these Terms to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • If the offer has a minimum purchase requirement:

    • The purchase must be made with a single transaction.

    • Taxes, shipping charges, and duties do not count toward the minimum purchase amount and are not discounted.

    • If you return items purchased with this offer, your refund will be limited to the amount you actually paid for the item(s), after the discount was applied. The value of the discount will not be refunded. If a return or cancellation reduces the merchandise subtotal below the minimum purchase amount, we may deduct the value of the discount from your refund. 

  • The number of gifts with purchase that you receive in your order will be calculated based on the purchase value before any discounts and will not be reduced after the discount is applied.
