ZIGZA is the data controller of your personal information for purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Please note that when you make a payment in connection with a product purchase through our Service, your credit card information is collected via a credit card payment service provider engaged by ZIGZA. This information is managed by the provider and is not retained by ZIGZA.

  1. We use the international e-commerce platform “Shopify” for the provision and operation of our Service, and may provide personal information to Shopify, Inc. or its affiliates located outside of Japan. In such cases, these entities may be located in the following countries:

VI. Security

We take the following reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction:

All data will be de-identified or deleted if no longer required for the purposes mentioned above, unless further retention is required by law.
