Product Exchange Request Information

About Product Exchanges

  • We only accept exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was delivered.
  • Exchanges due to customer preferences, such as incorrect size, are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product (same model, color, and size).
  • Please make sure to include the product packaging, hangtags, all accessories, and the order invoice when returning an item for exchange.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • If more than 30 days have passed since the product was delivered.
  • If the packaging, hangtags, accessories, or the invoice are missing.
  • If damage, stains, or scratches unrelated to the exchange reason are found.
  • If the reported defect or malfunction cannot be confirmed.
  • If the product shows obvious signs of use or evidence of having been worn.
