We sincerely apologize for the significant delay in shipping and delivery for some orders related to the Tokyo Debunker 2nd Anniversary Campaign, as well as for the delay in providing an update from our company.
For all orders related to the Tokyo Debunker 2nd Anniversary Campaign, all packing work had been completed. However, it was discovered that, due to a system issue, shipment processing for approximately 500 orders had been halted.
As a result, some orders placed after the campaign were shipped before the affected campaign orders. We sincerely apologize once again for the great confusion and inconvenience this has caused our customers.
The system issue was resolved on May 25, and we are currently processing the affected packages sequentially. The affected packages are expected to be shipped between May 27 and May 28.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and take the necessary measures to ensure that no further delays occur. We also take this matter very seriously and will work to prevent recurrence, as well as improve our shipping and customer notification systems.
