2nd Anniversary Campaign Shipping Delay Notice

Dear Customers,

Thank you very much for your continued support of DIDARA BOCCHI.

We are currently experiencing significant shipping delays for orders placed during our 2nd Anniversary Campaign due to an overwhelming number of orders far exceeding our expectations.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait times for delivery, as well as for the concern and inconvenience caused to our customers.

Below is an update regarding the current shipping status and important information for certain orders requiring customer action.

 


1. About Shipping Delays and Estimated Shipping Schedule

We resumed shipping operations after the Golden Week holidays; however, the volume of orders has greatly exceeded the warehouse’s normal processing capacity, resulting in shipping delays.

We are currently working closely with our warehouse and shipping carriers to strengthen our shipping operations, and starting Friday, May 15, we expect to significantly increase the number of orders shipped per day.

Orders are generally being processed sequentially, but depending on warehouse processing conditions, carrier pickup schedules, and transportation conditions by region, the order of shipment and delivery may vary.

For orders placed between April 28 and May 13, we currently expect all packages to be handed over to shipping carriers by Friday, May 22.

Please note that this is only an estimate at this time and may change depending on future warehouse processing conditions.

Additionally, even after packages are handed over to the shipping carriers, delivery dates may vary depending on congestion at delivery centers and regional delivery conditions.

For these reasons, we regret that we are currently unable to provide accurate delivery dates for individual orders.

We will continue doing our utmost to ship orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order due to these shipping delays, please contact customer support.

 


2. Orders with Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may experience further shipping delays or may not be deliverable by the shipping carrier.

Customers with affected orders have been contacted via their registered email address to confirm their shipping information.

If you have received such an email, we kindly ask that you reply as soon as possible to help prevent additional shipping delays.

 


3. Orders Under Review for the Gift Coupon Campaign Terms

Under the 2nd Anniversary Gift Coupon Campaign rules, coupon acquisition and use are limited to one time per person.

Currently, orders that may potentially violate the campaign rules, such as multiple orders placed under the same name and shipping address, may have their shipments temporarily placed on hold for verification purposes.

Customers with affected orders have been contacted via their registered email address for confirmation.

If you have received such an email, please review the contents carefully and reply as soon as possible to avoid further shipping delays.

These checks are necessary to ensure that all customers can participate in the campaign fairly. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
