We would like to sincerely apologize regarding the shipping schedule previously announced. Due to ongoing logistics adjustments, we regret to inform you that additional time is required for shipment processing.
We deeply apologize for having to provide another update despite your patience and understanding.
At present, there are approximately 1,000 orders remaining to be shipped, and we are processing shipments sequentially at a rate of approximately 300–500 orders per day.
As a result, we expect all shipments to be completed by Wednesday, May 27 (business days basis).
Please also note that after your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery may still take several additional days depending on the shipping carrier.
In addition, for some orders, even if the package has already been handed over to Sagawa Express, the shipping status displayed on our EC site may continue to show as “Unfulfilled” until the actual dispatch processing is completed at the Sagawa Express distribution center.
Similarly, even if a Sagawa Express tracking number has already been issued, the Sagawa Express tracking service may temporarily display the message:
“There is no registered data for this package.”
Please rest assured that the shipping information itself has already been registered, and tracking details will be updated sequentially once processing at the distribution center has been completed.
Your order and shipping procedures are progressing normally, so we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
